| “Sharon, I have been frustrated in trying to find the right words to put
down on paper as to how much I appreciate you, the entire staff and the
entirety of Ashley Court of Brighton. I wanted to keep from writing too
long an epistle, but still get my message out there for all to see.
me say simply that the facility itself is in a great setting, the four
buildings are always so clean and cheerful, and every caregiver I have been
in contact with over the past four months really seem to love caring for
people with terrible afflictions like Parkinson’s disease, Dementia,
Alzheimer’s, etc! It is not just an eight hour job for them. They really
care, and it shows in how they interact with each resident.
have been in several nursing homes over the years with friends whose spouses
were residents, and Ashley Court of Brighton outshines all of them. When I
leave my wife Betty after every visit I feel confident that she is in good
hands. That gives me a lot of comfort. My two sons and daughter have also
expressed how pleased they are that their mother is there and agree she is
getting the best care possible.

“Words cannot express the gratitude I feel over the care my mom received at
Ashley Court these past three years. From day one, you made the most
difficult days of my life a little easier not only for my mom, but for me.
The staff not only cared for my mom, but seemed to truly love her. Ashley
Court was my extended family for three years and I will never forget all
that was done for her.
Thank you so much, I will always be grateful.”
More Letters from Our Families:
We are proud of the numerous
letters that we receive from residents families. We would like to share a few
Court was just what we needed, when we needed it! My dad was a resident of
Ashley Court for over two years. Sharon and the staff provided a caring
environment for him during this difficult time. Ashley Court helped him

"Please convey to the entire staff of Ashley Court our thanks
for the care received. The background of knowledgeable support of all your
staff, helped to lift our spirits as we ventured into every visit. Seeing
the continued well-being and dignity held for every individual living at
Ashley Court, holds the highest recommendation in all aspects."

"I can attest to the excellent quality of care provided by
Ashley Court of Brighton to its residents. My mother resided there the last
three years of her life. The staff at Ashley Court is truly an extension of
each resident’s family, giving care as if each resident were their own
special parent or grandparent. The wonderful social activities and
interactions provided a much needed part of life for my mom. I appreciated
the layout of the facility, with smaller numbers of residents to a building
and the home-like atmosphere inside and out, which is a big plus, The most
valuable asset though is the care by all the wonderful caregivers."
"I would like to thank all of you at Ashley Court for the
love, care, and kindness you all have shown to my Mom over the last 10
years. I have never had to worry about her care or treatment. I have always
told friends facing dementia of one form or another in their parents, they
do not really need intensive nursing care. What they really need is tender
loving care and that is what mom always received."
Thank you again,
“Words cannot express our gratitude for the special love you gave our
mother. During that time when she was engaged in the greatest struggle of
her life, you treated her with love and respect. We saw this in all of you."
With love and
appreciation, Bill, Kathy and Rick
| "Our family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to you. Observing the
care provided by your staff left us with calm and confidence of her well
being. We can not put into words our appreciation for the care given our
mother at your facility; only that the comfort we have knowing that her stay
there was safe, that she was treated with dignity and respect and that all
that was possible was done to make her last years as lovely as possible.”

|“I would like to thank you
for my mothers care and experience while at Ashley Court. I wish we would have
moved my mother to you sooner than we did. We have moved her four times in
six years. Compared to her last assisted living home, she had a better
routine and participated in more activities.”
With sincere thanks, Jan
|“We will always remember the
warmth and caring that were lavished on my mom by everyone at Ashley Court. Mom
chose your facility. We have never been disappointed in her decision and neither
was she. We visited mom hundreds of time in the three years. Not once do we
remember an incident where any other resident was not treated with dignity
and loving care."
Yours very truly, William and Joan
